how can you be a proofreader????? ^^

Same question as mikariangel. I can't read Japanese, Chinese, or Korean, but I have mastery over the English language, plus I would just like to help out.

We currently don't have a proofreader test yet, but since you guys want to be one, I'll specially pass you guys for now. I'll take your word for the mastery of english, happyvampyre.^^ mikariangel, I'll see your translation for the test.

What do editors really need to do? I don't really understand, but I know I'll have lots of free time this summer...

First of all, you gotta have photoshop. (not REALLY, but it's almost manditory)
If you want to be one and you have photoshop, I'll gladly teach you how to edit
If you become one, we'll give you a choice of easy projects you can edit for your first try. ^^

Urhm... I HAVE photoshop but I really don't know how to edit. I mean, I know the basics like changing the font, cropping, writing in the txt, ect. I have been reading tutorials but sometimes I don't get what they are trying to say. Like cutting the gut shadow. But I would REALLY love to help you guys.

Also, do you guys need proofreaders??

It's summer, and I finally have time to help with editing! (Though I WILL need help getting started). Can someone PM me some tips and stuff?

I am extremely adept in the English language department and can read basic Chinese... I'm willing to apply these skills when needed but I'm not sure which roles I can do... if there's any opening i'd be more than happy to help.

well, proofreading doesn't really need skills, it actually needs good feeling/sense for the dailogues, but yeah....
um, if you can read chinese and is really good at english guess you can be a chinese translator...with a easy project.
