Man arrested over 1986 Derby armed robbery
A man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Derby jeweller 25 years ago.
The owners of Jeanian Jewellers in Osmaston Road were threatened by two men with a gun at about 10:30 BST on 10 July 1986.
After a struggle, the men left empty handed and drove away from the scene, Derbyshire Police said.
A 64-year-old Ironville man was arrested on Tuesday and bailed pending further inquiries.
