Alright, so the person wishes for something. Then, the next person grants it, but with a twist.
Example:
Person1: I wish I could fly.
Person2: Granted, but you fly to close to the sun and burn. BURN!!

I wish I could read 5000 wpm XD

I grant thou wish but, you read so fast that your eyeballs spin round and round in their sockets.

I wish that my ankle would heal (it's still sprained TT+TT)

I grant thy wish! Your ankle is healed but your ankles reaction is so fast that you twisted thy other ankles.
